Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium is also known as HPCA stadium. It is located in Dharamshala dist.The town Dharamshala is popularly known as "Home of Dalai Lama of Tibet"
The first ODI match was played in between INDIA vs ENGLAND on 27 January 2013 ,Sadly India lost the match. The first Test match was played between INDIA vs AUSTRALIA from 25-29 March 2017.

1.This is the first stadium to use Ryegrass in the outfield.
2.It is Located in the kangra valley and surrounded by Dhaulandhar mountain range.
3.This stadium was established in 2003, The First One Day International match was played only in 2013.
4. Pakistan was to play against India after 11 years at Dharamsala. In 2005, the Pakistan cricket team played a warm-up match against the India-A team in Dharamsala. Though the match was scheduled for 19March2016, the venue for the match has been shifted to Eden Gardens in Kolkata due to security issues.
5. It is one of the only two stadiums in Himachal Pradesh. There are only two stadiums in Himachal Pradesh. One in Dharamsala and the other in Una.
6. The HPCA stadium is located in Dharamsala, Home to the Dalai Lama.
